Tommy Spinelli is a wise guy hired by a pair of dimwitted hit men to transport a duffel bag full of decapitated heads across the country to a crime boss. Unfortunately for Spinelli, the bag gets switched with an identical bag belonging to Charlie Pritchett, an American tourist on his way to a vacation in Mexico with his girlfriend and her parents. Spinelli works to track down the missing heads, while Pritchett attempts to rid himself of his unwanted baggage.
