Jennifer Provencher

Senior Vice President, Head of Business Affairs

With over 18 years of legal experience, Jennifer has worked across the entertainment industry, as well as in corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and financing. She was instrumental in starting up three companies’ in-house production legal teams. Prior to MPCA, Jennifer held the position of Director, Business and Legal Affairs at Netflix, and served as VP, Business & Legal Affairs for Endemol North America.

At MPCA, Jennifer will focus on business and legal affairs for their ever-growing slate of films and television series.

She attended DePaul University College of Law, and lives in Los Angeles.
